Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for designing and implementing software to ensure scalability, performance, reliability, deployment, and configuration of thousands of machines running our production system.

Qualifications:

• Software engineer with 5+ years experience, preferably in a web-scale, cloud engineering role.
• Strong programming skills in Java.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Softlayer, or other Linux-based, cloud computing platform.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases, including PostgresSQL and MySQL.
• Working knowledge of Nodejs is highly desirable.
• Experience with scalable and distributed web applications (caching, load balancing, clustering, security, etc.)
• A commitment to quality programming and best practices.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with a passion for cloud technology.
